Sri. Aelle Venkata Narayana

A corporate professional by experience. A social changemaker by commitment. A community builder by conviction.

Sri. Aelle Venkata Narayana is a corporate professional, social development advocate and organisational leader with a longstanding commitment to education, rural development and inclusive community empowerment.

Driven by a vision of creating an equitable and empowered society, he initiated Nirmaan Foundation in 2005, along with like-minded individuals and professionals. The Foundation was formally registered in 2009 under Registration No. 123/2009.

What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a broader social development effort focused on education, youth empowerment, rural livelihoods, sports, environmental awareness, women and child welfare and humanitarian assistance.

Leadership & Contributions

As Founder and President, he has been instrumental in developing and guiding the Foundation's initiatives, including:

• Education: Supporting thousands of underprivileged students through notebooks, school essentials, examination kits and educational programmes.
• Youth Development: Organising career guidance, communication skills and student awareness programmes.
• Rural Livelihoods: Advocating for traditional artisans, handloom weavers and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
• Community Welfare: Promoting sports, environmental awareness, women and child welfare and humanitarian assistance.
• Institution Building: Building volunteer networks and encouraging partnerships with professionals, educational institutions, corporates and government agencies.

Public Advocacy & Organisational Leadership

He has represented grassroots and public-interest concerns before government representatives, ministers, statutory commissions and administrative authorities. His work emphasises constructive dialogue, institutional coordination and practical solutions to socio-economic challenges.

He has also undertaken leadership responsibilities in voluntary and social organisations, contributing to youth participation, community welfare and relief initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and natural calamities.

Alongside his social commitments, he brings professional experience in corporate management and operations, with a strong understanding of organisational leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence and institutional development. This experience has shaped his structured, accountable and results-oriented approach to leading Nirmaan Foundation.
